Change email address

Please follow the instructions below to change the email address associated with your account. Note: This procedure assumes that the new email address is in use and belongs to you.

  1. Visit your account (ensure you are logged in) and click on “Profile” on the left-hand panel.
  2. Click the “Edit” button next to your email address.
  3. Enter the preferred email address you would like to associate with the account.
  4. An email will be sent to your preferred email for a verification. Please click the link to complete the process.

If you're still unable to change your email address after following these steps, please contact Customer Care Representative.
