Change your subscription

There are four ways to change your subscription plan.

1. Change online: Log in to your account at TheEpochTimes.com, then you may change your subscription in the Customer Self Service Portal. (See step-by-step instructions below)
2. Call our Customer Service Hotline at 1-833-699-1888.
3. Live chat with us.
4. Submit a request HERE.

The instructions below provide the steps for you to change your subscription online by yourself:

1. Log in to your Epoch Times account.
2. Navigate to the "Subscription" section of your account page.
3. Select "Change" (below your current subscription summary).
4. Select an option from the Change subscription section.
5. Review the Change Confirmation.
6. Then select "Change".

Once you confirm the change, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your subscription change. Your subscription change reflects immediately, so you can continue to enjoy Epoch Times without interruption.
