Pause your subscription

There are several ways to pause your subscription. You can pause your subscription for up to 90 days. Paused term will be extended respectively. 

Pause Print Subscription

  1. Online:

      1. Visit your account (ensure you are logged in) and click on “subscription” on the left-hand panel.
      2. Click the “Pause Subscription” button, a pop-up window will display.
      3. Select which date you’d like to resume your subscription and click “Pause Subscription” button.
      4. Your digital access will be paused immediately and resumed on the date you selected.
        NOTE: For print paper delivery, please expect one or two weeks for the suspension to take effect.

    NOTE: Pausing subscription two weeks and ahead, must be only requested through Customer Care Representatives via Hotline, Chat or Email by clicking HERE.

Pause Digital Subscription

  1. Online:

Pause Magazine Subscription

  1. Online:

      1. Visit your account (ensure you are logged in) and click on “subscription” on the left-hand panel.
      2. Click the “Pause Subscription” button, a pop-up window will display.
      3. Select which date you’d like to resume your subscription and click “Pause Subscription” button.
        NOTE: For magazine delivery, please expect one or two weeks for the suspension to take effect.
