Why Can't I View Links in My Newsletter?

If you're prompted to sign in when opening links from your newsletter, use the email address associated with your paid subscription.

To help keep you signed in, accept cookies when prompted by your browser.

Why am I not receiving my newsletter?

If you are not receiving your newsletter, we recommend the following:

Make sure that you are subscribed to the newsletter

Go to Newsletter & Email Management section of your Epoch Times account and make sure the newsletter shows Signed Up. If it doesn't, click + Sign Up to subscribe.

Check your Spam Folder and add The Epoch Times to your contacts

Sometimes your email provider may mistakenly mark The Epoch Times as spam. Check your spam or junk folder. If you find the newsletter there, mark it as Not Spam (or move it to your inbox).

Add newsletter@epochtimes.com and newsletter@theepochtimes.com in your contacts list.

Why am I receiving duplicate newsletters?

If you're receiving multiple copies of the same newsletter, you may have subscribed using more than one email address or email alias.

The most common causes are:

Sign in with Apple

If you use Sign in with Apple and choose Hide My Email, Apple creates a private relay email address ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com. If both your private relay email address and your regular email address are subscribed to the same newsletter, you may receive duplicate copies.

Gmail aliases

Gmail treats email addresses with dots (.) or plus signs (+) as the same inbox. For example, EpochReader@gmail.com and Epoch.Reader@gmail.com both deliver to the same inbox. If you've subscribed using more than one variation of your Gmail address, you may receive duplicate newsletters.

What to do

Check the email address the newsletter was sent to. If multiple email addresses or aliases are subscribed, unsubscribe the one you no longer want to use.
