The only way to cancel your subscription is through our customer service hotline. We are not able to process cancellation requests through other means of communication at this time.
Once you’ve called in and canceled your subscription, it will be terminated at the end of your billing cycle.
California and Vermont residents can also cancel online through logging into the Customer Self Service Portal.
