How do I take a screenshot on my device?

For any issues with a game, customer service will ask you to take a screenshot.

1. Windows 10


To take a screenshot on a Windows 10 device:

1. On your keyboard, press this combination of keys: Win + Shift + S:

2. You’ll see a menu appear at the top of your screen. To take a screen screenshot – select the icon shown below:

3. The screenshot is now in your clipboard.

4. To attach your screenshot to your support email: Click on the body of your email and press the Ctrl + V buttons on your keyboard to paste it into your message.

2. Mac OS


To take a screenshot on your Mac, please do the following:

1. On your keyboard, press this combination of keys: Shift, Command, and 3.

2. If you see a thumbnail in the corner of your screen, click it to edit the screenshot, or wait for the screenshot to save it to your desktop.

3. To add your screenshot to your support email:

Click on the body of your email and press the Command + V buttons on your keyboard to paste it into your message.

Also, you can select the “add attachment” option on your email and locate the file on your computer to attach it to your email.

3. Chrome OS


To take a screenshot on your Chrome device:

1. On your keyboard, press this combination of keys: Ctrl + Show Windows. The “Show Windows” key is located at the top center of your keyboard (see the image below to locate this key.

2. To add your screenshot to your email: Select the “add attachment” option on your email and locate the file on your computer (check the downloads folder) to attach it to your email.

4. Android


To take a screenshot on your Android device:

1. Open the screen that you want to capture.

2. Depending on your phone: Press the Power and Volume Down Buttons at the same time. If that doesn’t work, press and hold the Power button for a few seconds. Then tap Screenshot.

3. To add your screenshot to your email:

Select the “add attachment” option on your email. You should see “recent images on your phone.” Tap the screenshot you want to add to your email.

Also, you can locate the screenshot in your device’s Gallery or in the Photos app. Tap the image you want to share, tap the share icon, select your email app and compose a new email with the image attached.

5. iOS (iPhone)


To take a screenshot on your iPhone:

1. Press the Side Button and the Volume Up (or Home button if you have it on the phone) button at the same time.

2. Quickly release both buttons.

3. After you take a screenshot, a thumbnail temporarily appears in the lower-left corner of your screen. Tap the thumbnail to open it or swipe left to dismiss it.

4. To add your screenshot to your email: Select the “Add photo” option on your email. Browse through your iPhone’s gallery to locate the screenshot.

Select the screenshot and tap “Use” to attach it to your email.

Also, you can open the Photos app on your iPhone and locate the screenshot. Tap the “Share” icon and select your Mail app to attach the screenshot to a new email.

6. iPad OS (iPad)


To take a screenshot on your iPad, please do the following:

1. Press the Top Button and the Volume Up button (Home Button, if your device has home button) at the same time.

2. Quickly release both buttons.

3. After you take a screenshot, a thumbnail temporarily appears in the lower-left corner of your screen. Tap the thumbnail to open it or swipe left to dismiss it.

4. To add your screenshot to your email:
